I am continually fascinated by the incredible impact colour has on the way we look and feel and just how much of what we wear affects us and how the way we project ourselves to others. I always feel more energetic, optimistic and confident when I wear my optimum colours, shades and shapes and since 2012 I have helped hundreds of women do the same.
