I'm Jo Gaffney, co-founder of The Style and Colour Company and Academy, where I work with people to discover the colours, styles and clothing choices that make them feel confident, authentic and truly themselves. After spending more than 20 years working as an Occupational Therapist in Mental Health services, I retrained as an image consultant and now combine empathy, insight and practical expertise in everything I do. I believe your style is what makes you uniquely you and should feel right, not overwhelming, and I love helping clients and trainee stylists alike build confidence through colour, style and self-expression.
